I cant seem to connect, can someone help me :) The game crashes when i try to start it.. i can't reach the ID and Password screen.

when i try 2 log in the bar just keeps going till its full and then says couldnt log in try again, it doesnt even get 2 the channel selection screen, any1 else have this problem :(
