Yeah, you can. but, if you gonna use speed hack, may as well just only use the speed hack. They give the same effect.

eddy, how do you know everyone can see you? With speed hack and this method, you only turn invisible when you're running, not when you're standing. And, no, you can't edit quests or dungeons. They are server-sided, along with NPCs.
