Tis my job, I'm head of PR for Ningyo so I have to make people laugh. I wouldn't argue with smoke since he's not really worth my time, except as head of PR I'm obligated to defend our server to insure that all future players have a fair assessment of the server and it's capabilities as well as the capabilities of the staff. Although I have to admit, I do enjoy it sometimes. Helps me let off some steam from work, lol.

What network? They have space on the forums for 2 other servers but high chanse is that theyll never start on it seing as of how failure their current project is.

yea fail project waste of time just to try this server ...lol i laugh so much after they made a "big " update they added a few deco suits some quests lol and removed almost all cs items , fixed the loot pets and they removed the drops , rates almost as on retail server on a private server such a fail, and in less than a month so many wipes and there excuse for this is that on KTS server are wipes to lol , well dude KTS= A TEST SERVER and there u have chance to test items that will be implemented in the future for normal rappelz players and on kts server u dont get wipe once per week lol is big diferance in the KTS server and your server im sure some players can accept 1-3 wipes but on your server you get more wipes than new content ...I thank to GOD that HE stoped me to donate for them at start was ok and i was almost to make a donation but yay im so happy i didnt because they dont care about the players that wanna try and play on this server (wipe then start do the same stuffs again and wipe again lol )

When server will be wiped? this is not fair, some ppl made hight lvl and now exp is low :/

Also not fair on those higher lvs either having to lose all their gear.
i doubt they would wipe just for new ppl. Its highly unfair

The wipe occurred because the server host we were using shut down our server for 'Illegal Content' and we didn't have the chance to backup the database before hand. Actually I think they just shut it down cause they weren't able to withdraw the money from our account without our approval first, and they just disguised it as 'Illegal Content' cause they never had an issue with us running a private server until then.

Either way, the rates are not permanent. Read the forums, it's under announcements.
