to register, change first the IP to american with proXPN. then no need for it. disconnect it after reg. and ENJOY PLAYING.
and @ the HSS user or jin, use proXPN, but the ELUS team removed the IP block, maybe coz its CBT.

1) connect to US, Miami Proxy
2) Start up Elsword
3) once elsword is at login screen quickly alt+tab and disconnect proXPN
4) Then login and play, no lag at all :)
not sure if it work for you guys tho. it works perfect for me.
