I'm in no position to account for the inactivity of the moderators of this section, due to my inactivity over the last 5 to 6 months.

However what I can account for are; tolerance, maturity, activity, and intellect pertaining to co2 development. These are all qualities that Chris has painstakingly attained. He's going to make a wonderful moderator.
