1st is my way using *******
2nd way samsoons way using CE

just change code (ID) u can use CE
ex: u want to enchant +12
buy ruby 12 pcs or 1 slot
than search ID for ruby in itemreinforce.bin
than change with ID blessed pukerian scroll

reinforce to
