I think its fair for you to charge for a supporting service (but its kinda of a jerk move also, since a lot of fixes are really simple).

Is it necessary to use a VPN with the VMs? I read about HMA and then the Amazon solution. Should I go with the Amazon VPN? How does that work?

Whats the config for group 2 of 3v3 TCS bots? Apparently i grouped mine to group 2 and now when the bot logs in it just gets stuck on icon screen. Pls help some1

Stayed bots overnight, and they was stuck on lol client with reconnect button.
And they sometimes stuck on reconnect button afterwards. I think they stuck when finish the match, the reconnect button client just pops out i think not the summary with match details where bots can go next game. Solution without changing nextgame? Make new vms or just restart vms should do the trick? And i got like windows not genue to some vms win7 ? pls help someone with tips or advice

It's pathetic that i must pay just for know that i must write a variable "1" instead of "0".

I got problems, i asked here, noone gived a fuck, then i solved by myself and Google, was just something to setup (like camera lock, or some variables to change), and for that instead of help like all communities in web you all ask money?

BTW, Burnbot and Refbot (both are bots from same guy) works fine, great updates and GREAT support (added him in skype, if you've problems just ask him, he will fix in 3 min via remote desktop).
My suggest: go trial, if all work good and you can setup bot from yourself, buy this, otherwise if you must pay bot AND must pay support, go for something else.

guides are posted on the first page of this forums there's no free lunch past those guides. You need additional help you'll have to pay for it, that's just how life works whether u like it or not.
