No is not normal, I have the same problem...

We are aware of the issues, which is due to domain dns changes that got messed up by transfer, it could take up to 24 hours before the entire system is reachable again, as we use a HA-IP stack our main website is running fine ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]) but the domain (and thus server) used for the bot requests is not, we will compensate every license with 2 days once we are back online.

Hello,

I understand ur concern, but this issue should be resolved soon for everyone (for most the issue is already solved, sadly it takes time) and I will then reset all trial licenses to ensure u can properly test the product and decide to buy it.

I just wanted to broadcast this little reminder that most updates such as of today, get automatically processed by our servers (Yes we do have automatic updates for small patches such as this one) thus meaning there's no downtime nor any changelogs, this however could make u believe the bot has either a long waiting time for updates or that there's no more updates at all, which is not the case.
