If you'd actually read the thread you would've found out that there's a feature called double world in which you can play as a euro char once you're 100 ofc,you'll only be playing around euro chars so to be blunt euro and chinese races are sepparated.

We do really appreciate your support guys,for the one who said that the double world is about reaching level 100 thence you'll be an european, i would say that you're totally wrong. You'll be able to play as a chinese and in case you wanted to get few extra silks or job points you'll join the europe world to get them thence you'll be able to get your old chinese character back with no damages. understand the system before judging it.
