I'm hoping for help here. I've been trying to coordinate this guide with the other stickied EP4 guide. Unfortunately, I can't even get to where the red X's turn green. I just wanna run as a test server on my comp. Any suggestion please? Thanks in advance

Why dont you have a try with this one. See if it start or not.

Hi when i start the PsmServie_Mgr.exe i only get this window.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

After Pressing Install nothing happens and i cant get to Server Patch Config

When i run the Install_Server Bat i get these errors.

Well i tried to get the crosses green i installed the server again , pressed apply to windows registry and restarted my computer. Then i startet PSM_ServerMgr exe and then opened shaiya pserver.exe twice. But crosses are still red . Iam connect to the DataBase as well so i dont know what to do atm. The necessary files are in the DATABASE folder.

Admin rights... When you do not have them, nothign gets registered proper. Seeing as your window GUI, disable uac.

Okay i fixed this by reading above and turning off UAC now i have another issue i cant keep the green from goign back to pause they keep pausing i ahve to start server like 5 seconds later

:o We are having the same problem.

If you open the directory D: \ SHAIYA_SERVER \ SERVER \ PSM_Client and look at the log files, you will see that our problem is the connection to the database.

See errors in my log files:

The big problem is that I am not able to fix it. Let's work together on this problem.
I'm using Windows Vista and MS SQL 2008 Express Edition.

edit: okay i have databased stuff no idea if its right this is what was databased

under system data
PS_billing
PS_Gamedata
PS_GameDefs
PS_GameLog
PS_GMTool
PS_Userdata

IM using: im using microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express
System: Windows xp home edition
UAC: off

Other:
1. When i installed the program and they ask you for a password i put in another one was i suppose to put in shaiya123?
2. The config files there is so many 127.0.0.1's do i have to change all of them to my reroute if i just want it to work on my computer?
3. Problem with the pauses turning to play

Sidenote: Ive noticed the Session doesnt play at all (maybe this is the problem i just need to do something to the session?)

I think it is deffinitly the Session itself I try to "start" it using PSM_server Agent and it says this

When i try any other but session they will start than recrash but this one is the one that give an error like this

first of all it does not let me in the SQL plz help
2. it glitches i get the green arrow for about 5 seconds in the session

@taharahora you have to start PSM_AgentClient first then userlog then session etc. Then it will work.

ive created a login: Shaiya pw: shaiya123

if i try to install: Install_Server.bat

This error massage is shown:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Pls help!

I had exactly the same problem. I solved my problem by installing Windows Vista x86 (disable UAC) and MSSQL 2008 Express Edition (Use the default instance MSSQLSERVER).

Ive solved it with EP7 China Version, but the reason was my mssql server Only ^^


Edit:

I cant find IP: 72.55.177.194 on the Game.exe -.-
