I don't think you understand the purpose of this thread at all.. It's to get those UI's and addons that are "paid for" for free.. So no we aren't going to stop sharing the UI just because you paid for it.

Having an issue with the latest version of the guide (9.0.28273) stating that the Dragonflight dungeon guides are Elite only and not available in the trial version. Everything else works fine. They worked in the previous version.

You know who owns the copyright for Naowh? It is a catering company. So he cannot copyright a name that already had been copywritten.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act is a 1998 United States copyright law that implements two 1996 treaties of the World Intellectual Property Organization. Does not apply to someone that does not hold the copyright or have not copyright.

Feel free to counter the copyright claims, maybe you are lucky enough and they wont delete them instantly like they did in the past.

But we will continue to change the password as soon as our crawler finds it somewhere and we will continue to take down links, same as the other creators will that got approached about it

First off I was hoping someone would be stupid enough to expose themselves. Did not take long did it.
You know very well, that anyone can issue a DMCA on any file and claim to be anyone. They do nothing to check the file or who it is and they just take it down.

So Naowh is claiming the copy right from NOWAH Catering Equipment Ltd. Who owns the trademark Nowah.

"All rights reserved" is a copyright formality indicating that the copyright holder reserves, or holds for its own use, all the rights provided by copyright law. So if they are the copyright holder, then they would hold the copyright, when they do not. NOWAH Catering Equipment Ltd owns the copyright to the name. So All rights reserved, apply to them only and not a Streamer, that uses a copyright trademark for someone else.

Noone claimed any names, the takedown notice was about the content shared, regardless how you name the stuff

But i dont really care what you think anyway, we have been reading this thread for forever and just played around with the password a bit.
