Do not worry it's safe.
ON TOPIC :-
Hello this is Electus Online,
We are going for maintenance as we need to move our stuff from three servers to one server and ofcourse that means IP change our IP has changed from 93.158.237.114 to 185.30.166.146 but fear not you do not need to download anything in order to change the ip since we are hosting it at our domain "login.electus-reborn.com" and here comes the problem it takes time to refresh the ip inside the domain name and there's absolutely nothing we can do about it as it takes sometimes and it depends MAINLY on your ISP and when it refreshes the DNS for your IPS so some of you may be able to login instantly, some other might not be able to login at all. And the solution for this is basically one of these three :-
1-Wait till your ISP refreshes DNS (Takes around 24~48 hours)
2-Modify your media.PK2 via IPInput
3-Modify your hosts file
When it comes to case one there's no much we can do however we'll go through a detailed guide on how to do the two other cases (modifying media.pk2 via ipinput / modifying hosts file)
First thing first you need IPInput which can be downloaded from this link :-

Secondly, follow the guide as provided by screenshots and make sure there are no mbot / sbot / sro_client.exe are running or that won't work at all ! :-
1-Extract the rar :-

2-Navigate the folder IPInput :-

3-Start silkroad - ipinput.exe :-

4-It will start as the following (With an error at the begining but just press ok, it's fine) :-

5-Press on the button marked and navigate to Electus Folder and select it (Do not navigate inside it just select the directory itself) :

6-Then press OK as seen on this picture :-

7-Double click on this :-

8-It's going to start a new windows as shown :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
9-Modify the field "URL" and put our new IP 185.30.166.146 so it looks like this :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
10-Press OK :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
11-It's going to look like this :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
12-Press OK once more :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
13-Voila, it's done now you can start the launcher and update our client and it's going to operate normally.
If you don't like this and you do not want to download anything there's another way to do this without messing with media.pk2 at all
1-Start your run prompt :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2-Write this inside the run field "%systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\" without quotations obviously so it looks like this :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] then press OK
3-This folder is going to open :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
4-Locate the file "hosts" :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
5-Open it with your favorite text editor on my case I'll be choosting Notepad++ :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
6-It's going to look like this :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (It might differ from a PC to PC but that's how it should look in general)
7-Go to the first empty line then write the following inside :- 185.30.166.146 login.electus-reborn.com so it looks like this :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
NOTE : In my case I have more hosts entries because that's my PC you don't need to have all of those only 185.30.166.146 login.electus-reborn.com is required.
8-Save the file, if it does not want to save then you are probably not administrator or you need to disable UAC, to disable UAC refer to this guide :-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
(It provides guide for all windows versions)
And that's it eitherways it'll work.
