how do you move up and down with Free Movement?

It tells you in the user guide on the page where you download map fun :)

You use the number pad to move arround with free movement.
If you do not have a number pad then tough, go buy a $6 USB numpad or even better a usb keyboard it is worth it laptop keyboards are annoying!!! lol.
