+1 but if euro will have only 90 mastery, its better put pots with 5-8 sec cooldown, nerf some warlock skills and increanse bard dmg, and nerf vigors to 15%

If you want to to add europe
1. you just need to make grains 20%
2. Add chinese buff 10% phy mag def / attack increase
3. Holy spell reduce to 30%
4. Bless 5 min cd
5. Screens/skins 10min painquota 30% mag phy def 40%
6. Warlock debufs/stun reduce (unknown procent need to test) or remove warlocks for STR chars.
7. Add chinese pain quota 30%
8. Axe stun reduce to 35% / shield knockback 8 seconds cd
9. remove passive buff phy mag def from cleric with light armor.
thats it.

99% wizzards will be with cleric
