Every time i try to extract the files to a place after downloading it says I have to enter a password, even when i try only extracting one file, someone please help me!

When i lauch it the manager pops up then it says something in German "Die Maximale Spieleranzahl dieses Servers wurde erreicht bitte wahle einen anderen Server" .... I google translated "The maximum number of players on this server has been reached please to choose another Serve" And the servers are not Full But it says they are on each one then i crash After a min of sitting there.............Anyone know a fix?
