Hi guys,
I'm having problem with 9.5 dungeon
there are some places in the map i cant reach by moving the players
it looks like something is blocking me out

any solutions?

You need to use a client editing tool to extract it from the data files. The file you are looking for is the db_string.rdb if you are using a non US client and the db_string(ascii).rdb if you are using a US client.

I am having problem with reading 9.4 - 9.5 ItemEffectResource (RDB) I am getting -1 or 255 as effect_type

I am trying to get ItemEffectResource for 9.5

Any ideas ?

guys is there any way to make the effect of an item to work directly once you have the item in your inventory ?

and how?

i believe it is from ItemEffectResource table from effect_type column
if I am right please tell me what is the value of this column it should be so that works

Just having the item in the inventory to apply a buff/effect doesn't work.
If it's a buff you can either apply it once you use the item (e.g. bufffood, just that the item is permanent) or maybe even a check for the item in the on_login() function and apply it every time somebody logs in.
iirc you can't apply effects (e.g. ornito riding, however, that's technically a buff, too..) with external commands anyway.

Hello

I made a private server using this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
I made the server works, i downloaded a client, I can join the server, create my caracther but the game never load. I'm stuck on the load screen at something like 40%.
I tried 2 clients, is it because i made a 9.1 servers but i'm using 9.4 clients?

If the problem is caused by 9.4 clients, then where can i found a 9.1 client? I can't found one, that's why i'm using 9.4 clients.

I can't even launch the game. Infinite splash loading
