Is there a way to set which difficulty level to use in COOP vs AI mode? Mine defaultly chooses beginner mode. I looked everywhere in the configuration and searched the forum but nothing is mentioned.

The GPU wont be a limiting factor.

What could be wrong if bots don't capture points? They just stand in base avoiding afk for hours..
