pff, still the same issue. weird. I download much more hard core stuff than this and still able to get them eventually.

Try disabling every security program in your pc.

I had that same issue to, turns out real time defender from windows was still turned on, make sure u turned it off

I will try downloading this through my phone and then transfer it to my pc

I managed to get the file. replaced it with all files in the game folder. And still get the C9 :)

Replacing only does not help as your windows defender still blocks the dll from functioning.

You can use facebook to register if you are facing issues, but the issue has been carried out by now.

Something is blocking it, I don't know what is in your pc but if it did not allow the dll to be downloaded it's surely not allowing it to execute. Do you have any antivirus ?

Give LT some credit... he's trying to help as much as possible. But your PC is blocking the file.

Only Microsoft Security Essentials and I have already disabled it. Windows defender is disabled as well. Cant think of anything else.

Try downloading again if it's still blocked via download then surely it will never execute.

I will try again. I just allowed the silkroad.exe and the sro_client.exe into inbound and outbound connections in firewall. made sure that any defenders are off. literally did everything. idk what is going on. i will redownload it again and get back to you. was everybody ok downloading and starting that game? especially those who are using windows 7?

FYI. All sources on the download section are corrupted. They don't update. except this which is uploaded to Mega. Gotta try 1 more time.

Seems like a server problem. might be in "privilegedIp". I researched a lot so I am off this topic for now.
