[2022/2023] Guild Wars working bots

Does anybody have an idea of what the most profitable bot to run is? I imagine it's one of the following: Raptor, Vaettir, Froggy, Moddok Crevice, UW bots, DoA bots. Can anyone chime in on how these rank in terms of profitability?

no public bot is "profitable". you get some cash over the time but its probably not even worth the electricity bill and just for fun.

I just assume you mean ingame profitability and not $$ - because in that cause its true - no public bot will probably outbalance the electric costs.

I don't 100% know what bots you are running but from farms alone there are a bunch of videos on yt which do runs and calculate possible profits/compare them.

For the farms you mentioned though .. its hards to say --> vaettir and raptor are nearly useless without an event. Everything which is public for UW is giga shit - not worth imo.

q8 farms / froggys are highly inconsistent if your lucky sure, but i can tell you from experiance you will not frequently get nice q8s and if so they are imperfect or a shit skin believe me ..^^

doa bots are probably consistent, but doa is for an obvious reason a good target for banwaves and i wouldn't recommend botting it heavily.

So bottom line --> if events are up, probably vaettir or raptor are kinda profitable.

If there is no event i would try to find some farms where you can switch to get consets.

People ask questions like

"whats the best way to farm pcons during events?"

"whats the best spot to farm q8 weapons?"

and many more.
If you are just looking for profit - literally pure profit nothing else (aka you exchange everything into ectos/arms) its literally (most likely) NOT worth it. For some people its fun to bot and its something else if you are a collector and get the weapons dropped yourself - all legit reasons.

But for most bots its not worth it to even consider leaving a computer run over night. Thats all i wanted to say. I never tried to offend anyone.

Hey guys, is there a bot for raptor farming for a dervish or ranger?

Quick question since we are on the topic, do yall really run that many bots/pcs that it affects your electric bill?.. My electric bill has been the same since before i've started botting a few years back, I run my pc almost all times of the day and my electric bill is fairly normal to what it was before i started. If you are going that hard, what is the point? The only thing i could think of is RMT profits for people like Teq or something like that or the mmogamersmarket, gwmmsale guy. I personally got into it for my own collection, plague items have surged in prices over the last years so I got into botting the plague chest and have still been searching for a foe farm, just curious as to why people would be jacking up their electric bill for bots on this old of a game.. :0

I personally just returned last year to the game after 11 years, and just enjoy playing guild wars and making some ingame money on the side, and recently scripting a bit :) Like you, the electrical bill stays the same, the pc works just as hard ;)

Here at home we run 3 pc's 24/24 hrs, 7/7 days without shutting them ever down, unless we need to clean the pc's from the inside from dust offc., no difference in electric cost if the bots are running our not.

In ingame profitability, that all depends on how you wanna make profit, so many ways, to much to tell all, to make profit in this game, farming items is just one of the aspects... all depends on what efforts you wanna put in to make the most profit.

my bots have stopped working since this morning, anyone have any ideas?? when I launch the bot it no longer recognizes the name of the character

I seem Ash mentioned everything public is giga shit for UW, this has been a work in progress for me to get working, when i came across it originally it was not working so well, wouldn't enter UW at all or take the quest when it entered. I've finally got it running pretty well. Here is the build, dare i say, it's probably better than teqatles UW bot and doesn't even require bonders like his does and his would always die at the start a lot :) I haven't filled my bag with it at all so not sure about storage/merch func but it sure as shit will farm some ectos :)

Sorry man, my first thought was to troubleshoot the bot, but that's not logical..

Since other peops have no problems running bots,it's probably related to your setup.
Have you installed a program that could cause this?
Maybe reinstall autoit to check if that's still ok.

If you have windows, you might try system restore and restore to a previous moment when it was working.

bot seems to be ok, but salvage not, all the bot i have with salvage are not working (vaettin and plain salvage ones)
