yes it is.

I bought a new account, upgraded my account to LVL 15 without using a cheat. I played 1 match and immediately got a ban !!!!
oh my god, how much money I have already spent on accounts. I was thinking maybe I’m doing something wrong, but now I realized that the account will be blocked in any case since this cheat is detected :facepalm::wojak:
why I did not stop earlier ...

or it hardware ban

If you banned on new account without cheats, yes its hardware ban..
