it will be normal stats but there is a stat changer u can use it too ;o

So is the stat editor in that regard working, say if I used a Satellite Rail with the +10%ATK it will be that in-game?

the stat changer is perfectly working u just add ur old stats then add the new one it wont appear when u hover ur mouse on the item but it works serversided,other see it and if u want to see it just press equip on the item u will see the stat is changed
