Guys just extract the file because its zip file. then make sure to run as administrator after extracting it. (right click, properties, compatibility, run as admin,(also if that doesn't work, Click above run as administrator it should say " run this mode for compatibility mode for:" Check the box and click between windows Service pack 2 or Windows vista pack 2)

I get "Preparing Grand Chase Tools GX Client Files" and it never moves?
