U cant use it like that...

The effect was chosen like it is, cause the things u can change from +3 and +4 to +8 and +9, are the things you get in Shop... So if u gonna buy a shirt in shop for pen, it is +4 or +3. I'm not sure atm... I mean +4. And so u can directly make it to +8.
