[AlchemyProxy] Basic botting functionality

So I was working on doing a couple minor updates for the old proxy (namely making it not suck when it's been running for so long by disposing of un-needed threads and such) and seems that the vps really, really hates re-building the proxy server side and refused to work... having no backups server side I had to cobble something together from versions I had here.

Things may be rather buggy right now and as such I'll try to work on getting a basic version of the new proxy running in the next day or so (remove speed hack/timestamp functionality and just focus on what it can already do properly)

if u r a "responsible" botter no u will not get botjailed. the only way getting there is being frapped by someone else. think of it this way. would u use a hyper fast fatal strike with a lot of people around u? just put /dcplayers in a good spawn of mobs and u'll be fine.

i have problem when i use it in LB1 it stop and didn't know why
we wait your new bot and wish it will be beta version
and we can test it
then if it good we pay for it and sure it will be :handsdown:
and hope it will not be like other pay bot who sand to bot jail
