Next time show some insight and dont:

• Play naked (equip anything, worthless fumbi items pex, or perm noobie weps);
• Play on free channels (more chance to find a GM);
• Play with a GM (yh lol);
• Abuse OS rooms.

i use all item managers, yesterday i play with the last version, R9n, now, today its detected like a virus and windows will not let me open it

Your AV detects it as virus (Trojan) because it is actually a virus. But unlike other trojans this virus doesn't effects you computer's systems. This just takes effect on your S4 league game, so that you can use the hack properly.

The virus is a false positive, and still if Avast detects it as a virus put it to an exception list or allow it to be used.

I. Deactivate your antivirus
II. Launch Item Manager
III. Launch S4
IV. Activate your antivirus when the Item Manager is "Loaded and Locked"
V. Enjoy :)

das von Nya klappt nie bei mir... also.. das injected nicht(ja ich habe als admin ausgeführt etc >.<)..
funktioniert nur per DLL... könnte mir jemand dazu ne aktuelle DLL geben?

Lmao, something strange happened to me. I opened IM and then I got a message that Windows cannot find ItemManager.exe and after I clicked OK IM disappeared from my folder. I came back here to redownload but it gave me a Page loading error. Any one else experiencing this?

It's a false positive. It's not harmfull to your computer, it's identified as a virus 'cause it does what virus do, but to S4L.
Had you given a damn, and read a few posts before yours you'd have seen at least 2 answers for that. Heck, you could have just read the 1st post...
