Understanding HWID ban/ shadow bans

in Italy it is legal to use a vpn, so I think it has nothing to do with the ip address or am I wrong? I also changed the windows key, I don't know if a malware can cause a shadow ban, but that evening I caught a malware that had entered my motherboard, not even malware bites made me install at the end I had to format and then after being shadow the account was created 1 month ago maybe because it is fresh and they want to do the checks? why are you shadowed?

How do I check if an account is banned without logging into battlenet?

You can log into the launcher, no harm in doing that, just not the game.
When you log into the launcher, it'll say "account banned"

I logged in to another shadow account that was also banned, I did not receive the hardware ban on the first profile is still in shadow can you explain why? new hardware, the first shadow arrived after 2-3 weeks of playing with it

Bans are tied to the account.
Getting a new PC won’t remove the ban from the account.

I've read this thread over and over due to it's vast knowledge base. Appreciate everyone's replies and input. My question is are all shadow bans 350 ping? My lobbies are sweatier than ever and recently pings went from 35-55 up to 125+ before lobby loads, but never seen 350ping. I have great internet and according to the router I'm just a few miles from closest server (if that even matters) Just wondering why things changed and lobbies are at all time high. I was banned twice before once from BL detection then from X22/Infinite detection recently.

After first ban everything was fine, but now everything just seems way off and not using cheats or spoofer.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks man. Any idea what may be going on? The first time when I created a new account I got bot lobbies the first few rounds then gradually progressed to harder lobbies.... this time its like I have a 4.0KD from the start.

Most likely having connection issues for some reason.
Make sure you've granted firewall access to the game.

friend sorry my translator was wrong, I received shadow on a new account on new hardware, with the second new profile I immediately received shadow, it looks as if I have a marked hwid but the pc is new, and has never had access to blocked accounts thanks and sorry

just recently banned from using an unlock tool. I plan on purchasing an aged account, do you think that will also get shadow banned? If I have to use a spoofer, can I use the spoofer on the purchased acc? Or does it have to be a new acc? Also, who would you recommend? Please and thanks

Use a spoofer before logging into the new account, otherwise it’ll get shadow banned, anyone feel free to correct me if I’m wrong on that.

So I reseted my PC did a Clean Install. I got a new account that got shadowbanned as I said but I didnt played one round on it. Should it then work without getting a SB?
