brain dmg? After lvl up ur hp and mp is full... also he lvluped at mangyang. He could use flagship at let's say 97%, exp from flagship gave him more than 3%, but with flagship u can't lvl up... ( u need 1 exp point more to lvl up ). And after lvl up u get rest exp from flagship...
