Umm yea if they do then this will a great server to play on. He plans to fix the lag so I am guessing it is in his plans to do that.

The new server will only be for chinese people.

Yea the most of us will probably be trying to play on that chinese server eventually. Because the fact is there are more english than chinese. Which I think the new server will lag quite a bit. The situation wont really change at all. But the Chinese will be having a lag free server.

I would say in a week. July 26. According to the GM he will make a separate server for the Chinese and hopefully upgrade this server. Then hopefully we won't have to experience this horrendous lag.

EDIT:The old is for europe players?And the reg is still the same for the old server?
