[Release] Cabal Trainer

Yesterday this Trainer is working properly. But just today morning, I got the same error as Mr. Holiday.

Try to install again CE, restart pc and open the Trainer. If this doesn't work, install a lower version of CE and repeat the step.

I will try this when I get home as I'm still in the office. :D

yeah cabal NA needs to have new codes for it... they changed something
