Nada, people don't open private servers meant for the owner and possibly his/her friends. People open private servers not just to have fun, allot of times people are thinking of a alternative way to make cash allot of times. Private servers are just a name, mostly meaning not a official server. I know sometimes it makes no sense, but when you make your info and registration public. You should call it a public server but mmo gamers made the tag not me. You say whining, yeah its called respect for your players ,and or as you said Friends. You need to tell people when your server is going down. Don't mistake whining for frustration. Its okay to be frustrated about stuff. If you are not then your not human. Once again if it was for their OWN usage and benefits, they wouldn't make a website with item mall would they genius.
