Your SQL server services probably did not start on their own.

Open the configuration manager and restart your services on the services tab.

Set them to automatic start if they are not already set that way.

Did you change your .opt file or anything else besides restarting your computer?

Need client 7.4 (EN or any other), i can't find it. Please help

You did not post your auth.opt, but from what you did post this is the line which decides the number you need to put as your .bat port...

auth.clients.port:58422

And you have 4500

I can upload a 7.4 client later if I can find one drive space...I took it down so I could keep 9.4 up.

EDIT: 7.4 client link...

hi again ..
I have a problem that my [AD]Admin character can't use codes like
/insert_item
/add_state
I try to write codes to Game001
#add_state
its work
but the #insert_item don't work
I use it like this
#insert_item(222710804, 20, 20, 20, 2,"[AD]Admin")
or
/insert_item(222710804, 20, 20, 20, 2,"[AD]Admin")
in game
and I try tools like tp-tool
with no luck :(
I have my Character with permissions 1 and I try (100;1000;101;201;202;20) not even works

GM permission is 100

/run insert_item in game

It will not work in the Herlock console.

the command don't work
01/01/2018 17:28 ThunderNikk#6808
Incorrect syntax

Try

/run insert_item(102730507, 1, 20, 20, 0,"[AD]Admin")

Or its

/run insert_item(102730507, 0, 20, 20, 1,"[AD]Admin")
