When i start MMC and SMC is says cant load Local.ini how to fix it?

how to fix the MMC and SMC is says cant load Local.ini?

MMC and SMC Local.ini Problem extract the files new and make all new and dont touch the local.ini and test :)

2.Download the attachmed local.ini
and overwrite all
i think in the MMC and Smc folder and then the SMC(MMC)/Patch/config folder
(but i think thats not all)
and test

What can I do when it say: Connect to immigration server failed?
BUT when I logg in the server controll, then I can start the server, and it's white for on.
By me is all server on, but I can't log in. I have created a new account, but it doesn't work. Idk the account don't work or I have done anything wrong.
Can anyone help me?

Immigration in the old server fies where in the mlserver folder a Backup folder and there a IMM.bat copie them in the folder here your MMC.bat is and start it whit SMC and MMC

Login Problems
have you change the launch.bat Ips and Port the Port must the Port from login i think local 127.0.0.1:11002

in the old files the Port was 11101 or so

you must change in the Siteconfig the PatchVersion delete all and chang one like
0.13.12 and you can use the 0.13.12 client for the newest Dragonica evolution you must hange it to 1.0.5 :D then you can login
