Change log from today's update.

-Made Magic POP cards tradable
-Fixed a bug with academy guardian matching which crashed your client if you attempted to join someone else's academy. It won't crash your client anymore and still you won't be able to join anyone else's academy.
-Removed dimension pillar spawns
-Changed the respawn time of all uniques to 1.5h~2h
-Increased the spawn rate in samarkand and roc mountain
-Changed the max stack of arrows to 10,000
-Flame body - Trial - Changed the percentage of the max skill from 13% to 15%.
-Added arrows to Samarkand
-Temporarily removed magic pop cards from drops
-Decreased the Job Rates and removed the extra gold/Pyrite Points that those who jobbed got.
-Enabled Survival Arena & Kill The BOT Events. More events will be enabled soon.
-Fixed minor bugs.

Removed to prevent people from getting killed, they might spawn really high level.
