Failed to load titan.dll how to fix it ? i checked the forum and tried everything but still not working. disabled my anti-virus and firewall , installed C++ and downloaded CLIENT .DLL UPDATE - PATCH ONLY - 5MB but its still not working , any help ?

Hello guys!,
As we are getting near to the Christmas period, we have added Christmas decorations all over Titan to celebrate the festive season.
We havent enabled an special events yet but they are still to come!
For this update we have added 10 more random spawning uniques for you to hunt, with a low physical defense so STR based characters cam join in the hunt.
We also noticed the Egypt Weapons and Accessories were lacking a little in terms of damage compared with much more readily available Nova items, we have addressed this by increasing the stats a little on Egypt A and B items.
Magic Pop has been enabled so you can roll the dice to get a varierty of items including equipment, weapons, flags and other consumable items.
- Increased compatibility with HardwareID system (Titan.dll)
- Backup and optimization.
- New transparent skill bar added.
- Christmas decorations and snow activated.
- Magic Pop game has been enabled.
* You can now get flags and many other item from Magic Pop.
* You can get the Magic Pop cards from the Item Mall ingame.
- Egypt A and B item stats have been increased.
* Egypt A and B Weapons have received a +100 base damage boost.
* Egypt A and B Accessories have received a +1.0 absorption boost.
* Other background stats of these items have also been increased to give more of an edge over standard Nova, the + will also effect the boost.
- Added 10 new Uniques with low Physical defense.
* Bandit King, Hyungno General, Elder Taoist, Black Robber King, Alpha Bunwang, Alpha Edimmu, Hun Commander, Titan Tathen, Crab King and the Alpha Golem.
* Special Uniques weak vs STR based characters, we wont post locations yet, take a guess!
* Wide spawn points to avoid farming, other unique spawn locations have also been widened.
* Arena, Gold and Silver coin drops have been added to the new uniques.
- More Rewards added to the Titan CTF NPC.
* New Socket stones to customize your gear to give you that killer edge in pvp.
- Added Token Quests back at the Avatar & Quest NPC, you cannot drop or trade the tokens.
* Collect 100 tokens to get 6 11D Immortals and 10 Globals!
More updates to come in the future stay tuned!
