How to make mind shock with 1 hit kill? what files i have to edit?

Guys?? Is is possible to have Capsule rewards at mission and achievement rather than the warrior sets?

1. How to make mind shock 1 hit kill with ResourceTool?
2. How to make lightning bomber mk2 1 hit kill with ResourceTool?
3. How to change map with no falling down with ResourceTool?
4. How to change probability of chaser with ResourceTool?
5. How to make vital shock or mine gun with ResourceTool?

u seem to have resource tool as some kind of god hack ;3 u can only do 1 and 2 the rest u cant

Go find _eu_weapon.x7.
And then just edit it there? I guess lol.

I tried this and this didn't work. I tried make more damages and inf ammo by editing eu_weapon.x7 and replace oryginal eu_weapon.x7.

Why it's not work?

What is lua for mind shock?

Hello, uhm i wanna ask if its possible to get more pen via Cheat Engine, IDM, Resource Tool or smth.
For Example to change a weapon attack too 100 % pen item. Or via Enchants ( Too change all enchants to Pen Lvl 5 ) ?
I dont know if its Serverside.

100% pen is patched just like the other exp effects are when you change them. The only stuff that works is the stuff you use in game such ass FP effect.
