The account reached LvL 30 from LvL 2, 12 days after the purchase. After LvL 30 I waited a week (7 days) whilst trying to contact him on Skype and ePvP. After the 7 days passed I just straight up e-mailed PayPal asking for a refund and I got it.Quote:

I do trades over 1 year and when people have troubles they should only ask for refund.
In this case I wrote send email and you got it. All people that requested got it.
In your case I gave more even since I finished your acc. I don't recommend to do trades with you since you can't read the topic and just wrote nonsense.
You got a free lvl30 and still complain amazing. Thats why I don't recommend any trade with you. If you can't read the topic first page, get the big part of the job done and still complain.
Note you got the refund almost instantly after you send the email don't know why the complain of time.
