i used glandu2 tool to save with hash name

What mean negative drop_item_id in monsterDropTable? like -3000505 or -851020 ?
and if table 2 contain sub_id 1 and also table 3 hase sub_id 2, table 3 contain also table 1?

What is the local_flag in the dbo.EnhanceResource? i want to know cause this table has 5 set of different percentage for each item. The only different value except percentage if local_flage! But my discover did not lead to anything. Its NOT local_state of GS and its not status_flag of item. So what is this? Cause i cant to change the enhance chanse
not touching all 5 at onse

it's limitations to the items, ex ( cubes - powder etc) it decides if the item is permanent or consumable etc.

if I'm wrong someone tell.

TY, i also dont know true this or not. But it have 5 different chance for 1 r6 cube, for example. I will try to generate this flags and check

what do you exactly mean by 5 chance ? link the code\s here.
if you mean 5 cubes r6 and all have different flags then yes it can happen since rappelz "likes to make stuff untradable sometimes".

ah yea I don't know about that but I recommend not to delete them, you can adjust percentage.
