palavia will send me a mail even if i dont wrote an email adress when i bought bot?A letter will be sent to the e-mail, which is paypal account?

Does this work on Windows 10 Sorry haven't played for a couple months for some reason it keeps saying my proxy/firewall/antivirus keeping it from working but i have disabled all of them and it asked me to put a new email using the unlimited version.....
