Now regarding the pay2win / play2win thingy I won't answer this myself because I did stuff based on suggestions and therefore I myself think it's play2win but some people will always find out a reason to whine and bitch about the server being pay2win.

this server is not p2w, p2w is donating money for certain weapons/items that f2p can't get there hands on. On this server you can only buy silk, yeah you can buy a nice dress but every weapon and piece of armor is accessible by f2p players. The only advantage for people that donate is that they can get in-game gold more quickly if they decide to sell their items that they bought with silk, but if you just grind and play the game it shouldn't be a problem for a f2p player to make allot of gold aswell.
