He will never get permission, because IDM went better than IM, since MrSm!th updates it once a year, and in IM you can't equip weapon on 3rd slot and pet. :U

I think he's talking about your computer not your internet. Just 'cause you have windows 7 doesn't mean that your computer will be faster xD
