even enabled add python.exe to path, it does not works, and i am don't want risk to disable firewall or antivirus, mine one is iorbit malwave fighter, any ideas?.

i can't drive, pressing wasd don't works, even dragging mouse in safehouse won't move the camera, any clues??.

All you need to do is set a rule in your firewall or security software and allow rand.exe. Your security software is blocking it or it was deleted. if it is in your server folder in www/server/rand.exe then set a rule or allow the file to be used and this should fix your trouble.

Multiple other people had this problem before. It never got solved. It is a problem with the game, rather than the server. Try using Xpadder, or plug in a controller, but it probably won't work.

Can anybody give me a link for actual game files? I actually found a link for it but that was deleted long ago.And no, i don't want that offline setup 1.1 executable.
