Their integrated spoofer was notoriously unreliable - causing constant BSODs - and their cheat was getting detected so often that rage users were burning through 10 to 20 accounts a week. Keep in mind, this was during the period when bans were manual, lol. That’s how awful their security was. They were basically just B*ttl*log 2.0.
