You need to download one of the edited ItemType.dat files to see quality of item on ground and in inventory.

ive become so dependent on itemtype.dat lol. i need it ^_^
EDIT:
ok i feel like a jackass, all you gotta do is install the same file over again, the update just overwrote the one that you put there. so just download the itemtype.dat and do it over again. you dont need a new one

I'm working on doing the update now! :D
TQ just added 16 new QuestItem [Halloween~2007] items to the file.
For now just do like imneveral0ne says, reinstall the 4353 ItemType.dat file that was over written with the 4357 update.
The new edited 4357 ItemType.dat's will be up tonight (the popular ones) by server maintenance ;) most likely tomorrow (the not so popular ones) :o .
