I agree with this. Account specific just doesn't make sense anymore considering it's bound to be detected eventually. I would suggest a higher cost for the tool with less users.

Just like spoofers, cheats, etc everything is tied to HWID instead of account. Would be great to get this option even if it means double the price.

Agree with the two above, hwid bound would be better. But i would get it if Rivera didn't want to bc it would be ez for stupid and greedy ppl to unlock stuff in others accounts for profit.

So people who got their accounts permaban, rendering the "lifetime" key they purchased, completely useless, should just buy another one full price and call it a day?

Buy a daily key, save everything you need and play until something happens.
But you want to change items/skins every day 10 times in a row yet and don't want to pay 2-3 thousand to buy everything that is in the store, right?
Lifetime key - it's just a name, although it doesn't lie, the key is valid as long as your account lives and gives you this opportunity to change everything for the cheapest price.

I do not force anyone to buy LT keys, buy 30 keys per month for 24 hours, it's even better for me.

I am not a game developer, I cannot know when they will be able to detect us again, but for our part we are doing a reely hard job to avoid this.
