I think it doesn’t work anymore even on pserver for new clients. Doesn’t really matter as people will need to do some changes to add language support. Also I haven’t checked but I think the default port is now 4000 and doesn’t change anything to the language

But you dont need any tool anymore, the client supports multi user i am always doing ci with 3 characters

you still need a tool if you are using Nos0275 packet (old login) with opennos for exemple but it doesn't work anymore.
However it's not difficult to create one manually
