Because riot released champs that can use those items way better. Lulu has no ad scalings as far as i know so building her ad doesnt make much sense. U can build her onhit if u rly want but i think ap is still much stronger. Kayle just gets outplayed too easily. Her range is so short and she has no escape tools or engage tools. Most champs in the meta have mobility and its super hard to actually kill any1 as kayle.

There is no single best champion. It will always be a combination of meta champ + how many times u played it before + how good ur strategy is. U can go on op.gg and just pick a positive winrate champ for ur elo and play it all day and climb decently. U can also look what challengers play and pick one of those champs (but be careful some of those champs are hard to play efficiently and u might end up wth a negative winrate elise/lee etc). I would pick Kled for top and Ahri for mid. Good winrates and not too hard to play imo.

Mhm its ofc weaker than before from a 1v5 carry style seen. U are lower level overall and all the champs got nerfed etc. But the enemy team also has a jgler so u just need to play better (higher lvl more gold less deaths and maybe more objectives) than him and u will generate a positive winrate. Or u go all in on the support jgl style with ivern/nunu etc and dont farm that much at all and just ward/support ur team all the time.

Renekton is better in higher elo imo because the games dont last that long up there. In ur elo i would try to pick better scaling champs like trynda/kled/swain. But if u only play renekton it can also work. Depends how much u train him.

I would pick one of the following: ahri syndra cass lb ori. They have good control over the lane/push and can also get bonus gold from kills.

Still good. Not the best. I think to control the lane Jayce/kennen are better and to 1v2/1v3 people kled/swain is better.But a champion that can kill others and can never be killed himself is always goin to be somewhat op. If u main him keep playing him.
