Edit: He just gave me a new read me with some dupe instructions in it

Still waiting for:

1) Gear promised, Endless ammo AK and other stuff (apparently now you just gotta be quick when he makes a FFA post in the thread and run and grab a box, which is not what was originally promised)

2) Item ESP (just told me that it will be in the next release but no ETA)

3) Respawn

4) Show cities (not to be confused with show waypoints of the air base and military base he's marked)

Will update as these are resolved.
