HT FW Npcs are also bugged & although I told you to set the tax rate max,it is %15.
I hope you will fix them with a new restart.

Going to check the NPCs, 15% is max tax rate on Venture.

Latest patch:

In this patch we adress the issue of grinding in parties. Since theres not that many parties going on we realised that the problem lies within the quest system. We increased base experience rates and made party experience rates go above the normal ones to encourage party play. Normal quests still give special item rewards, a lot of SP and gold and still are worth doing. What we're doing is not making questing useless, but balancing it with party experience rate and making grinding in parties worthwile.

-Experience rates set from 4x to 6.5x;
-Party experience rates set from 4x to 10x;
-Quest experience rewards have been lowered;
-Guides page has been updated, more guides coming soon;
-Events page has been updated.

New quests will be added very soon that involve party play and utilize the grind spots. Ancient monsters will be updated soon aswell.

Thank you for playing and good luck!

Lowering quest rewards wasnt a good idea...more ppl will leave soon...should improve the server not make them worse.

Good patch, but really... " -Quest experience rewards have been lowered " I've done 6 quest for 90% ?, now I don't want to do quest, because is very boring, you just fuck the quest system..... will leave more people who have gone and I include myself without offending.

If you add a special spot of ALL the mobs, maybe is a good idea, but really no one will kill 120 Mobs, whitout Special spot for 10% ... it's ridicul :/ Just want to help the server.... I really like it

PD: sorry for my bad english I'm just learning.

Yea, well the problem here is ppl cant get a party at night to go hunting on ancients, so they are questing. But the rewards of that are greatly lowered.

EDIT: I just killed lv 59 ancient raid unique for the guy, he was lv 56. I am lv 81.
And he got 40% >_<

i agree with u hurbyy
09/25/2013 01:46 Rikkarudo#653
yeah... that lowering quest patch had to come with the incentives for new players.. so new players would come and parties would be create, not like this ~~~

i think quests should just be the same as they were.. no need to be scared o "leveling too fast", cause you can't consiliate hardcore lvling and hardcore questing, so you can't take advantage of both...

I like this server because of the quest system, if its going to turn into a grindfest, i wont be here much longer. The amount of exp/sp quests give is great the way it was. Although that depends on what new stuff you'll be adding.
09/25/2013 02:43 Qynchou#655
Ive bumped up the quest rewards, theyre 15% lower than original (which is nothing). I also doubled the amount of experience ancients give.

If thats what the community wants, but please from now on refrain from posting how parties are useless unless you have a solid suggestion, thank you.

The incentive is events and increased party gain rates, I thought you knew this. Bumping the rates to 30x is not a solution, I might aswell make Venture instant 85 cap then.

Well done, I really appreciate the new wind blowing in here.
Another big point would be the gold - as some others already said, it's kinda hard do get enough gold for SoM or pimping only from jobbing. I'm sure you'll find some other ways for gaining gold, but you could also think about changing the trader system a bit.

Higher traders should be buffed in any way - why should a hunter go on a trade with a lvl 85 trader (high lvl spawning thieves) if he could earn the same amount of gold with a lvl 60 trader (lower spawning thieves)?

Maybe you could increase the slots for higher traders, the income, or even add some more items they're able to trade. For example adding diamonds in Jangan, they can only be bought, sold or carried by traders (or vehicles) above lvl 70, 80, 85 or so on. In favour they have higher percentages in the trading markets or are just even more expensive.

A good impulsion for long term playing on Venture would also be a higher job lvl, which increases the profit or even grants more possibilitys. Maybe trader lvl X gains more goods, income, blablabla. I'm sure you'll also find some good points out of this.

Furthermore I would like to mention that hunters get much less money than traders. Of course it was always this way - but on Venture it's all about the money and you're nothing without it. So why should I do the dirty work instead of sitting on a cushioned bullback, press the potion keys and lean back? The hunter income should be increased a bit, because even with weekly contribution it's nearly nothing compared to traders earnings.

agree 100% with you ... I think another method would be that the "cup's" of "CTF" change for gold like the "Coin" also (maybe 500k per Cup and 50k per coin).

I agree 100%. Especialy about the hunters not getting enough gold. Same for thieves too.
