this error is caused by the hack injector (HLBOT.exe) when it's left open for a while it displays an error then crashes, and of course it might crash the game.
SO start the game (I prefer window mode), then after u write ur game id and password and click enter,
now the hack is already injected and u don't need it opened,so switch to the hack window using (alt + tab) and close it ;)

oh.... i can`t minimise.. in task meneger applications show me cross fire and i selecet minimise but is blocking and the error don`t disspear
