I extracted it, and started DNLauncher.
It says something chinese and error.
Doesn't even open the game.

well that error means that they cant connect to the server so just be pacient it allways like this not whit pserver but also whit big company games cuz there allways problems that occur and to find the vitnam time zone just google it and u will find it easy
